A couple times a year, St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Community partners with the City of Los Angeles to build hygiene kits. These are welcome kits given to homeless persons at the time they receive temporary housing until more permanent housing can be arranged. Parishioners donate hygiene items and letters or cards of support, and groups of volunteers come together to prepare the kits.
