Adults in their 40s-50s are invited to join PALM in exploring Pope Leo XIV’s encyclical Magnifica Humanitas together! Meetings are every Thursday from July 30th – Sept. 10th at 7:00pm – 8:30pm in the MPR.
We’ll be using Word on Fire’s edition of the text. Limited copies of the text will be available at our initial gathering on a first-come, first-served basis. You are also welcome to order/use a different publisher if you would like to purchase your own copy before the first meeting.
We will read over the Forward and Introduction together at our first meeting. For subsequent meetings, we will read each chapter on our own during the week (approx 30-35 pages), then discuss the text together. Even if you do not have a chance to finish the weekly readings, please feel free to attend the discussion.
PALM will provide light refreshments.
