Looking for a different kind of Advent retreat?

This year, 2025, is the 1,700th anniversary of the Nicene Creed which we profess every Sunday. How did the Creed come about? Why is it one of the most important belief statements of the Christian faith? What connection does it have with Advent and Christmas?

The TV show INSIGHT was an anthology series from the 1960s, 70s, and 80s, and one of the longest running syndicated shows in television history. Created by Fr. Ellwood Kieser, C.S.P., INSIGHT brought together some of the best television writers, directors, and actors of that era. Together, they produced an Emmy-winning series that dealt with moral and spiritual issues.

We’ll show a couple of the series’ episodes in a morning of entertainment and spiritual reflection.
